Custom software · Any business
Stop bending your business to fit someone else's software.
"We pay for five tools and still run the business on a spreadsheet." Off-the-shelf software makes you work its way. I build software around the way you already work: the customer portal, the scheduling, the billing, and the reports, in one place behind one login. You own the code and the data.

What you get
- Software built around how you work, with logins for your staff and, if you want, your customers.
- Your records kept in a place you own, backed up, and easy to take with you.
- Connections to the tools you keep: payments, email, calendars, and accounting.
- A phone app for your staff or customers, when the work happens away from a desk.
- Working software every week, a written guide at the end, and optional monthly care.
Good fit if
- You run the business on spreadsheets, email, and subscriptions that do not talk to each other.
- You pay per seat for features you never use and still lack the one you need.
- You have outgrown the off-the-shelf tool you started with.
- Your people work in the field and need the system on their phones.
Phone apps
Some work happens in a truck, on a job site, or at a client's door. I build phone apps that connect to the rest of your system, so your crew can check a job, approve a request, or send a photo without a laptop.
One example is Field Agent, an iPhone app I built for myself. From anywhere, it reaches the AI assistants running on my Mac over a private network. Replies appear as they are written. Before an assistant edits a file or runs a command, the phone buzzes and asks me to allow or deny it. See it on the Work page
Where it comes from
Ten years building finance and healthcare platforms, where lost data or downtime costs real money. I led the move of one live platform's services to the cloud.

Need only a website? I build those too. Flourish Financial Group went live a month after the first conversation and costs $0 a month to host.
