Teach your team to use the assistant
"We bought the AI and nothing changed." An assistant only pays off when people use it in their daily work. Most teams get a login and a page of tips, and they go back to the old way within a month. I train your staff to work with the assistant until it becomes part of the job. When I changed how one team worked with AI, their output rose 65%.
Part of Knowledge assistants: I build the assistant, then teach your team to use it.
What you get: four weeks of training
- Week 1. I sit in your workflow and write down where the time goes and which questions people ask each other every day.
- Weeks 2–3. I work beside your staff on real tasks. They learn how to ask the assistant, how to check its sources, and when not to trust an answer. I write the house rules down so the habits outlast my visit.
- Week 4. You get before-and-after numbers from your own records and a short list of what to do next.
Good fit if
- You have, or are getting, a knowledge assistant, from me or anyone else.
- You've already paid for AI tools and cannot say what changed.
- You want the numbers from your own records, not a vendor's slide.
