Every microservice on a fintech platform moved to a new cloud
Led the end-to-end migration of a production platform's services to a new cloud environment. Compute costs went down; scalability and reliability went up. Nobody outside engineering noticed, which was the point.
AI adoption
65% more tickets through the board
Set the technical direction for AI tooling across an engineering team: which tools, where in the workflow, what conventions. Measured in the team's own tracker before and after.
Greenfield SaaS
A full-stack product from an empty repo
MongoDB, Nest, Angular, and Node, with the Docker, Kubernetes, and Jenkins pipeline to ship it. Worked directly with product on the design, not from a handoff.
Small business
Flourish Financial Group
A financial counselor's site, from first conversation to live in about a month. Static, fast, $0 a month to host, and transferred to her own GitHub account with a written guide so she runs it herself.
AI systems
A second brain that runs itself
A personal knowledge system where agents triage email, texts, scans, and notes into an Obsidian vault on a schedule, with a dashboard that's the front door. The working prototype for the knowledge-assistant offer. Case study in progress.
Healthtech
Video interpreting for hospitals
Maintained a WebRTC video portal healthcare providers use to reach interpreters, and built the permissions and queue-assignment app behind it.
